Linksinfrastructure Concrete is a referral service. We do not hire crews or employees. We connect homeowners with independent providers. If you pour concrete for a living and want new-project requests in the Marlborough area, read on.

Who We Look For

We want providers who do new concrete flatwork:

• Concrete driveways
• Home patios, including stamped concrete patios
• Walkways, pads and similar flatwork

We need homeowners who want new work, not repair or customer-service calls. If your shop focuses on concrete driveway repair only, this network may not fit.

Experience with older homes is a plus. Many houses here have stone or block foundations, past patches and uneven ground. Homeowners want a provider who looks before quoting.

What We Expect

Be plain and be reliable. That means:

• Hold any license, registration and insurance your area requires
• Answer homeowner requests promptly
• Give written quotes with clear scope
• Explain schedule, access and parking so families can plan
• Say what you find on older properties, and say it early
• Never promise things you cannot control, such as weather

You run your own business. You set your own prices and schedule. Referral terms are shared during the application.

• A way for homeowners to reach you, and your usual hours

We review each note and reply if the fit looks right. We cannot promise a spot or a number of requests.
